Easterfest 2010

Friday  2nd April 8-10pm Inuendo are back! – oh yes indeed, a real treat for all you fans who wept buckets when they went their separate ways..get here nice n early!

 

Saturday  3rd April  3-5pm Impressions are an exciting jazz quintet featuring the rich sultry vocals of Karen Lake.  Impressions perform a cool set of swinging standards, sultry ballads and hot Latin rhythms from the likes of Stanley Turrentine, Madeleine Peyroux and Antonio Carlos Jobim.
Saturday 3rd April  8-10pm One Room House
   Whilst their own indie/pop/rock sound is exciting enough, renditions of Lady GaGa, Meatloaf and Inspector Gadget are not to be missed.  With influences ranging from Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers to Ben Folds, these 3 guys and girl from Stoke will entertain you like no other. 


Sunday 4th April 4pm-6pm Hayley Faye Band “when you see Hayley walking down the red carpet at the Brit Awards, remember where you heard her first”.    Steve Lamacq - BBC Radio 1 (on playing the demo of Babysleepmode). 

Sunday 4th April  8-10pm Atlanta Roots -  After years of honing their musical and song writing skills they have emerged as a top quality blues band drawing on a  wealth of experience gained from supporting/ performing with artists such as Eric Clapton, The Who, and 10cc to name but a few!  Simply Brilliant!


Monday 5th April  4-6pm The Seen - As well as writing and performing their own material under the guise of  ‘The Douglas Firs’-  The Seen also perform a comprehensive list of cover material for you to sing along to.
