Vavoom  –  This lively trio are a real crowd pleaser and a customer favourite at The Boot & Shoe!  Elvis Presley to the stray Cats….impossible to keep still while these guys are in the house!

Saturday 11th April

3pm-5pm

The Bill Daison Band – after the success of their album “Blues Still Burning” these guys have been signed to play at Warner Blues weekend as well as other UK Blues festivals throughout the year!

Saturday 11th April   (not listed in Jazz brochure)

8pm-10pm

The Fears - runners-up in Signal One’s Battle of the Bands. Certain to capture your attention from the moment they step foot on to the stage.

"The Fears are excitement defined. Using tonal light and shade to shrewd effect, their powerful songs build into great pounding creations that stir the blood and rouse the soul....Although it has to be said that numerous influences are present, and at times The Fears bring to mind U2 at their very best; I can also report enough individuality to take this band a very long way indeed." (Taken form review by Steve Dean)

Sunday 12th April

1pm-3pm

The Gaz Hughes Trio – Part of the Alka Salsa  band that have graced this festival in the past.  Gaz brings a heady mix of tracks, some original and some contemporary for your enjoyment!

Sunday 12th April

4pm-6pm

After Hours  - A great mix of rock tunes with the main influence coming from the US blues scene.  The recurring theme is always great riff based blues delivered to rock and boogie your socks off! Covers from ZZ Top to Otis reading

Sunday 12th April   (not listed in Jazz brochure)

8pm-10pm

Electro 80’s – well these guys need no introduction! Guaranteed to be a packed house with a lot of dancing and singing as we all re-live the 80’s…bring on the Gary Numan and Depeche mode!!

Monday 13th April

1pm-3pm

Sharp Edge. Covering a wide range of rock standards but in their own inimitable style. Add to this a mixture of driving blues and the occasional original (both blues and rock) and you have a recipe for an evening of music on “The Edge”.  Please note this is a change to the originally billed performer.
